How disruptive will the remodel be to my daily life?
We understand you’ll be living in your home during construction. Our crews work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, and maintain clean work zones daily. We section off the kitchen with temporary barriers to contain dust. Most clients set up a temporary kitchen with a microwave and mini-fridge in a nearby room. We also recommend dining out or meal prep for the duration.
What are payment terms?
We typically structure kitchen remodel payments as follows: 10% deposit at contract signing, 40% at permit issuance and material ordering, 35% at cabinet installation, and 15% at project completion. For larger projects we can structure milestone payments. We do not require full payment upfront.
